A website worth visiting!

Here's a website definitely worth taking the time to visit: Freerice.com. There you'll find a vocabulary game for upper-intermediate and advanced students (but anyone can have a go, learn and have fun!); for each word you get right, the site donates 10 grains of rice through the United Nations to help end hunger around the world.

It's really very simple: click on the best definition for each word given. If you get it right, they will give a harder word; if you get it wrong, you will get an easier word. It's a great way to improve your vocabulary AND help those in need, isn't it? You can find more information about the game here.

Thanks to dear teacher Claudia Ceraso, from Argentina, for sharing the link! You can visit her FCE blog clicking here.

Isnt't it great that someone would think of combining a simple exercise with a good cause?
