Thank you for not smoking

From 1st July 2007 virtually all enclosed public places and workplaces in England will become smokefree. This means that smoking won't be allowed in public buildings, pubs and restaurants, offices, shops, public transport, etc. The same measure has been adopted by many other countries around the world, including Brazil, some with stricter laws than others. Those who do not comply with the new regulations in England will have to pay fines that go from 30 to 2,500 pounds. Read more about the ban on this guide.
